Delete your account
You can delete your Scribble Snacks game account and its data at any time.
In the game (fastest)
- Open the game (web, iPhone, iPad or Android).
- Tap Settings (the cog), then Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted after 7 days; until then you can tap Cancel deletion.
On another device or without the game
Open the game in a web browser, choose Settings > Load a saved cafe, sign in the way you saved it (email code, Google or Apple), then Settings > Delete my account. Or email contact@scribblesnacks.com from the email address you saved your cafe with and we will delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted
Your player account, cafe and progress, club membership, saved sign-ins (email, Google, Apple), age group, any shop-account link and device checks. We keep only an anonymous record of store rewards already issued (no name, email or player ID), for fraud and tax reasons. Reward codes already issued still work until they expire. Guest cafes that were never saved can be deleted the same way from the device they are on.
